Villa Erede is a large stone house located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the center of Split, Croatia. The house has three apartments and two additional rooms separated by floors. Each apartment and room offers air-conditioned spaces with free Wi-Fi and LCD satellite TV. The space Nova 1 is a double room inside Villa Erede. It offers comfort in a 19 m² space, located on the second floor of the villa with a private bathroom. The room features a double bed and a fridge and has access to a shared terrace. It is modernly decorated inside a traditional Dalmatian stone house. Guest access Double room and shared terrace on 1st floor. Other things to note To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders. This room is in a house in a residential neighborhood, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in amount of 200€. We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding. Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation. If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
