Casa Rural Generosa (Three Grandas, Llanes)

Casa Generosa is a full rental cottage located in the village of Tresgrandas, council of Llanes (Asturias). With capacity for 5 PAX, the house is distributed as follows: 1st floor: Dining room, living room with flat-screen TV and equipped kitchen. Floor 2: It has 2 double rooms (with double bed) exterior and a bathroom. The latter has a shower. Floor 3: A third double room is available. This is abuhardillada, and has a full bathroom and a reading room. The space Casa Generosa is a full cottage with a capacity for five people. It is rented entirely so once booked by you, you will not have to share it with anyone else The house has the following layout: First floor: A dining room, a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, glass-ceramic stove, electric oven, washing machine, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, TV, etc.). Second Floor: It has two double bedrooms with double bed. Both, they are exterior. There is one bathroom. The bathroom has a shower tray and top quality hospitality products. The rooms feature a warm and cosy decoration. Third floor: On this floor there is a third double room (2 single beds). This room is abuhardillada and boasts a full bathroom and a reading room that invites relaxation. The house is equipped with central heating and hot water and has all the necessary utensils for your stay. All the interior walls are painted colors combining with the stone and rustic style the house owns. Outside there is a terrace with garden tables and chairs and views of the Sierra del Cuera as well as the house. As part of the essence of rural tourism and by disposing of livestock owners, customers can get to know first-hand the agricultural and livestock tasks and the little ones can enjoy the farm animals. Guest access Casa Generosa has three bedrooms: two of them with double beds, and the other, with two beds as well as a small living room for reading. Throughout the house, there are two bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, glass-ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, TV, etc.). Outside there is a terrace with garden tables and chairs and views of the Sierra del Cuera as well as the house. On the outside of the house, we have private parking for all our clients. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. In order to maintain an optimal coexistence with the rest of the neighbors in the town of Tresgrandas, it is forbidden to hold parties inside the house that take place until the early hours of the morning. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the house.
