Third bedroom is a sleepout with queen bed which is approx 3mtrs from the back door entry. Should you wish to use this area there is an additional charge of $30.00 per night. Maximum number for sleeping at property is 7. Good size open plan kitchen, living and dining . There is a large lawn area at the front of the property with a trampoline in the corner. The property opens out through bifold doors to a paved outdoor area great for alfressco dining . The property is safe for family of all ages as it is fully fenced and flat section. There is access from the back of the property into the Waitaere forest, including plenty of play areas for children, along with walking /cycling tracks. The property has sky TV including sky sport. Separate shower and toilet, including a second outdoor shower, great for rinsing off after the beach. This bach is fully double glazed and insulated so cosy and warm in all weather.
