Gavray Gites is a former stable converted in August 2015 to provide a contemporary, spacious and well equipped holiday home. Equidistant from Granville, Coutances and Villedieu-les-Poeles to enable you to explore all the delights Normandy has to offer. Central heating and a woodburning stove mean that the gite is available all year round. Comfortable sofas in the lounge create a relaxing space to watch TV (English and French channels), borrow a book from the bookcase or simply chill out. The large well equipped kitchen and dining room will accommodate six people comfortably. A separate utility room has been created for your comfort. The large master bedroom boasts a king sized bed and has a roomy ensuite shower room. The two remaining bedrooms share a generous shower room and each bedroom can be configured to a twin bedded room or a super king sized room. The courtyard provides ample parking space. The patio to the rear of the property has a BBQ and table and chairs for alfresco dining. A garden area has also been created for you to enjoy. The gite was classified in October 2018 by Manche Tourisme and received a 3 star rating. The taxe de séjour for the gite is 70 centimes per adult per night. I am obliged to collect, declare and pay this amount to Coutances Tourist Office.
