The living/dining room is bright and cheerfully furnished and has a cozy couch that can also be converted into a comfortable double bed. A 40-inch TV with a swivel wall mount and a modern hi-fi system with Bluetooth function enhance the modern decor of the living room. The room can be darkened for sleeping. The beautiful Borkum sandy beach is almost at your doorstep! This means you can start a sunny beach day right after your vacation breakfast! Or you can lie in the sun "at home": the apartment has a lovely south-facing balcony overlooking the garden for wonderful hours of relaxation! The permanent inventory includes four balcony chairs with seat cushions and a small table. In addition, the "Appartement-Haus Regina" has a large communal garden. There is even a sandbox for your little ones to play in.
