The Quinta Dona Maria & Inês is ideal for a family vacation, due to it's spacious and large rooms. The house is located 4 minutes away from the Vila Franca's harbor, where you can easily book a trip on a boat to visit one of the most beautifull places on the island, known as Ilhéu of Vila Franca. The space On the first floor of the house there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each one with a double bed. On the second floor you will find an extra double bed, a single bed and a third bed suitable for children, and also a bathroom. The kitchen as a very large space and it is equipped with everyting that you will need to prepare all kinds of meals during your stay. In the living room, you will find a fireplace perfect for your vacations, whether it's in summer or in winter, making this the perfect house for your holidays. Outside there are several areas where you can spend some time enjoying the view while cooking delicious meals on the barbecue. Other things to note Located only 2 minutes away from the house, there's a viewpoint called Senhora da Paz, where you can see the town and the remains of an old volcano known as Ilhéu of Vila Franca. Please note that late check-ins between 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM incur a late check-in fee of €30. After 10:30 PM, the late check-in fee is €40, which is charged at the time of check-in.
