Old town house with roof terrace and magnificent view

Our "Casa Ghiandaia" is one of those typical old town houses of Capoliveri that make a perfect Elba holiday possible! The wonderful view from the roof terrace of the sea, the island of Montecristo and the romantic roofs of the town convey a homely feeling of belonging to the place and at the same time satisfy the longing for space and the sea. The space The house is entered from a small side street off Via Roma, the town's business and bar area. The entrance area is in front of the bathroom, which has a separate toilet, a shower and a room with a washing machine. One flight up we are in the living area: here there is a dining table for four people and a kitchenette with hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils, two steps down is the cozy living room, whose sofa can be converted into a full bed if necessary. One level up is the bedroom, which has its own toilet and washbasin and NEW an aircondition unit! And from here you can finally reach the roof terrace via another staircase. There, a parasol provides shade over the dining table and a lounger invites you to take a long nap in the afternoon. Guest access The house is - like the entire "Centro storico" of Capoliveri - in the pedestrian zone. This means that you cannot drive in and have to park in one of the nearby car parks around the site. Most of these places can be used free of charge. On request, your landlady will try to find a fixed - chargeable - parking space for you during your stay. Other things to note In the early and late season, Elba is a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers! With us, cyclists have the opportunity to take their bikes into the house at ground level!
