This cozy 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the center of Westerland and is easily accessible by elevator. This apartment is the perfect base for a varied holiday on Sylt. Within walking distance you can reach a bakery (5 min.), the city center, the train station (2 min.) and a bike rental, as well as a supermarket and the beach of Westerland (500 m). The perfectly used 23 m² of the apartment offer you everything you need The space for a great vacation for two or alone. The kitchenette is fully equipped and offers a coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher, among other things. In the open living/sleeping area, the dining area with an east-facing view invites you to a cozy breakfast. There are also two armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a radio. Wi-Fi is also provided free of charge. The double fold-out bed with individually fold-out beds provides enough space in the apartment during the day. The modern shower room completes this small holiday home. No pets allowed in this apartment! Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. A car parking space on the parking deck of the apartment building is available free of charge. Special features Linen packages can be booked for €35 per package (2 small towels, 2 large towels, 1 bed sheet, 1 pillow & duvet cover, 1 bath mat & 1 dish towel). The beds will be made for you. The keys are handed over in our office directly at Westerländer station. The apartment is available to you on the day of arrival from 4:00 pm.
