The en-suite bathroom has been thoughtfully renovated to include a toilet, vanity, and bath with an overhead shower. The second bedroom has also been updated and boasts a comfortable Tri Bunk, a single bed on top and a double on the base, with new furniture, carpets, and a wall-mounted panel heater. A combined bathroom/laundry services both the second bedroom and living area, including a shower, toilet, top loading washing machine, and a dryer. The open-plan living and dining area boasts brand new laminated floorboards, with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Bosch oven, induction cooktop, stainless steel dishwasher, full fridge, and coffee pod machine. Moreover, a six-seat dining table comfortably seats the group, opening up to a lovely leather lounge, matching ottoman, and a single armchair, which takes in both the mountain views and the wall-mounted smart TV. Astrid's at Central Park has all the necessary conveniences, including a wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioner, WiFi, and a coffee machine. Plenty of storage for gear is available, including a bench seat with plenty of coat hooks and a rack for helmets. The complex offers a ski and bike storage room at ground level, while the unit has two allocated car spaces and is centrally located behind the Nuggets Crossing Shopping Centre. Astrid's at Central Park accommodates up to five people, does not allow pets and provides a comfortable and stylish base for your Snowy Mountains adventure. Guest access Access to our properties is via a door code, lockbox or key pick up from our office. You will be sent check-in details via SMS and Email on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Once you have booked you will receive a copy of our digital compendium which provides information on where to arrive and what to do in the wonderful Snowy Mountains. We give our guests the space they need and are available when required. For any further assistance, questions or inquiries please contact our office between 9 am - 5 pm or for an emergency outside of these hours please call the afterhours phone number provided at check-in. Other things to note Keep in mind that all bookings are subject to the Conditions of Tenancy, which can be found in the House rules section (you might need to click "Show more"). Please note: As a software-connected host, we are authorised by Airbnb to process this bond outside the platform. Completion of our online registration form is required before check-in details can be provided. A security bond of $500 will be processed on the day of your arrival by the managing agent. Your bank will hold these funds as a pre-authorisation and will be released back to your account 7-10 days after being processed, as long as there is no claim against your reservation (you will be informed if a claim is made). This property sleeps a maximum of 5 people including children and infants. Please be aware that you are booking private accommodation, not a hotel. As a result, we do not provide daily on-site housekeeping and have limited availability for additional or replacement items like pillows, blankets, or toilet paper. Our properties are fully self-contained and all linen & towels are included. A small starter pack of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper & garbage bags are supplied to begin your visit. You will need to bring more of these items or buy locally if you are here for more than two nights. Check-in time is 4pm during Winter. We understand that this may not be ideal, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate earlier check-ins during busy periods. Lastly, we highly recommend guests to purchase appropriate travel insurance for their trip.
