The Pulvermaar Vacation Home is a spacious, luxurious 6-person home with a private garden located in the Pulvermaar Vacation Park. It offers a unique view of the rolling Eifel hills and is located directly on the beautiful Pulvermaar volcanic lake in Gillenfeld, where many hiking and biking trails begin. It’s 2 kilometers from the center of Gillenfeld and a half-hour drive from Cochem and the Moselle. Enjoy rolling hills, dense forests, clear streams, fragrant meadows, and charming villages. The entryway leads through the foyer to the living room, bedroom, bathroom with toilet, and the staircase to the first floor.  The living room features a seating area with a spacious 2.5-seater sofa, three armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table that seats 6 people. To ensure the perfect temperature throughout the house, the entire home is equipped with underfloor heating. The dining area features a spacious dining table with 6 chairs, where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The patio is accessible through the patio doors. The patio is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, oven, and a spacious countertop with plenty of workspace. The Pulvermaar Vacation Park has created an atmosphere in the homes where guests quickly feel at home. The bathroom on the first floor features a toilet, a double sink, and a spacious rain shower. The bedroom on the first floor features a spacious double bed and a large wardrobe with a mirror. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a sitting area with two armchairs. The third bedroom has two single beds, a closet, and a seating area with an armchair. The first-floor bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and is very spacious. The bathroom includes a toilet, a double sink, and a shower stall. This bathroom also features an infrared sauna. The vacation home’s private garden features a spacious patio with a patio table and six luxurious garden chairs, a lawn, plants, and is enclosed by a garden gate. The vacation home has parking for 2 cars. The vacation home is built sustainably using cross-laminated timber and an air-to-water heat pump, set in a beautiful natural environment. It offers a unique view of the rolling Eifel hills and is located directly on the lovely Pulvermaar in Gillenfeld, where many hiking and biking trails begin. Enjoy the rolling hills, dense forests, clear streams, fragrant meadows, and charming villages. The Pulvermaar is Gillenfeld’s main attraction, where visitors can enjoy various water sports such as swimming, boating, and fishing. There is also an outdoor swimming pool at Pulvermaar. Nearby, Daun, Cochem, Koblenz, Bernkastel-Kues, and Trier are interesting towns to visit.
