This pretty "cabin spirit" house, completely renovated in 2021, located in Claouey, is a true haven of peace. Exceptional location facing the forest, less than 5 minutes by bike from the first beaches of the basin and about twenty minutes from the ocean. The 1000 m2 plot is planted with the typical species of the Ferret peninsula. It can easily accommodate two families. The space The house is very easy to live in. It consists of a ground floor and a basement. On the ground floor: - A 30 m2 living-dining room - A fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher... - 2 bedrooms with direct access to the terrace on stilts on the north side (one with 1 double bed 160 cm and one with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed). - A bathroom - A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Basement: - 2 bedrooms have been fitted out (one with 1 double bed 160 cm and one with 2 bunk beds), - 1 bathroom - A small sofa area. WiFi is free. The garden: North side a terrace on stilts with direct access to the kitchen and both bedrooms and forest views. A table and two wooden benches to have breakfast in the sun. South side a large terrace with a large table and chairs for family meals. Also two wooden sun loungers. The layout and size of the land allow everyone to find their space.
