The ground floor accommodation comprises a comfortably furnished sitting room open plan to the beautifully fitted kitchen. French doors lead to a conservatory which is furnished to provide a dining area. There are lovely views from here to the surrounding countryside. Also on the ground floor is a well appointed twin bedroom and a single bedroom with a 4ft bed. An entrance hall and the modern bathroom complete the ground floor accommodation. On the first floor is the main, double bedroom which is a large and beautifully presented room and it has an en-suite shower room. To the rear of the cottage is a pretty walled courtyard with garden furniture and flower beds; this area is completely secluded. To the front is a small flower garden. Off-road parking is available a minutes walk away. Local shops and a pub and restaurant are two minutes away by car and the town of Looe with its many restaurants, pubs, shops, harbour and beach is only a five minute ride. Millendreath Beach Resort is within walking distance (10 -15 minutes) where there is a private beach offering kayak and paddleboard high, a great cafe/bistro on the beach and a lovely bar overlooking the sea.
