The Cottage Treliggon Farm is a peaceful haven in the centre of Cornwall, with easy access to both North and South Coasts. The cozy lounge has a log burner and a well equipped kitchen with dining table, wine cooler, coffee machine. The Cottage has 3 bedrooms (3 x king sized beds) , the third bedroom is can be configured as 1 x king size OR 2 singles Outside, there is a gorgeous patio with outdoor sofas, dining area, BBQ and a games room with a pool table, table football and darts. The space The Cottage is peaceful haven in the countryside but sits just a mile from the village where there are amenities such as a pub, chip shop and convenience shop. The Cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard, providing modern and stylist accommodation with a cosy feel. The lounge is a large but cosy space, which has been recently decorated. It has comfortable sofas, an additional table and chairs and a lovely log burner. There are numerous books, DVDs and board games to entertain the family. The kitchen is very well equipped with granite worktops, slate floors and dual aspect windows. There is a full sized oven and hob, wine cooler, fridge freezer, dish washer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen table extends to fit 6 persons, and all cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment is provided and stored in the kitchen cupboards. There is plenty of cupboard space to store your provisions. The utility room contains a toilet, sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside there is a rotary line for drying clothes as well as a hose and hangers for rinsing and drying wet suits. Bedroom one is a lovely space, it has a king size bed, a seating area, a TV, hairdryer, plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The en-suite bathroom containing, shower, toilet, basin and towel rail. This bathroom has been recently refitted and is completed to a high standard. Bedroom Two also boasts a king size bed, TV, hairdryer, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The family bathroom, again, has been refitted and reconfigured to provide a modern stylish bathroom . It boasts a bath, separate shower cubicle, towel rail, a toilet and a basin. Bedroom Three can be configured to allow flexibility for larger families as follows; King size bed (sleeps 2) with seating area OR two single beds. Although we are child friendly property, we do not provide cots, high chairs or stair gates. Outside there is a large, recently landscaped patio, with ample space to sit and relax, eat or even enjoy a game of badminton on the astro turf. There is a charcoal BBQ for you to use and a games room which sits on the patio and contains a pool table, darts board and table football. Please note that only over 12's to use the pool table and dart board and children must be supervised. Please also supervise children when they are on the patio as there is an unfenced swimming pool at a neighbouring property, ( not available for guest use) There is free parking for up to three cars in front of the property. Guest access Guests have access to all of the above rooms/areas as described.
