Its strong points: its optimized layout, its free parking, the Wi-Fi included, its bay window opening onto a large wooden terrace and its location, you will enjoy the calm of the residential area while being close to the center of Orleans. Two minutes' walk from public transport: tram B (Droits de l'Homme stop) and buses 3, 4, 7 and 66. Guest access - By car: free private parking at the back of the building - By public transport: many stops are a two-minute walk away, including the "Droits de l'Homme" stop (tram B), and bus lines 3, 4, 7 and 66. Public transport allows you to move quickly throughout the Orleans area (downtown, Orléans and Fleury-les-Aubrais train stations...) - By bike: you can leave your bike in the shed at the back of the building. To access the Studio, you will need to go around the back of the house to the wooden terrace.
