The first shops are less than 200 meters away in the town of Lafitte Vigordane, where there is a butcher, bakery, and grocery store. Supermarkets are 5 km away, in the village there is a grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant (Chez Louloute!!!) The cottage can accommodate a group of 8 people (6 adults and 2 children up to 14 years old). It is the ideal accommodation for your family reunions, gatherings, vacations with friends or family and corporate seminars. On the ground floor, two common rooms including: a large 20 m2 kitchen fully equipped: dishes, fridge, freezer, 2 traditional ovens, microwave, washing machine, 2 dishwashers. a large living room of 90 m² living room and dining room, friendly and bright with fireplace, overlooking the garden terrace where you will find a fully equipped summer kitchen (grill, barbecue, refrigerator etc...)  Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms from 12 to 25 m2 with TV, composed of 3 double beds of 160 cm, and 1 bunk bed of 90 cm 1 bathroom. Hair dryer and towel dryer. 1 separate toilet  The Exteriors:. You will have a swimming pool, for moments of conviviality, relaxation and shared happiness.. Terraces, sunbathing, parasol, summer kitchen, barbecue, plancha, etc... Cleaning fees are not included, a €100 fee will be charged by the concierge.
