Via the quiet Strandpark road, you can walk to the beautiful beach promenade and the wide sandy beach of Großenbrode in less than 5 minutes. Thanks to its well-designed layout, the house is ideally suited for families and groups of friends. Ideal is a stay with max. 8–10 people. Dogs are also welcome guests. The cottage is tastefully designed in Scandinavian style and very spacious and bright. Large windows provide plenty of light and a pleasant living atmosphere. The 4 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with single beds) are located in different areas of the house. From two of the bedrooms, you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise. In the alcove there are 2 additional sleeping places with a double bed, which are very popular with the younger family members. There is a crib and highchair in the house. The central living and kitchen area forms a cozy hub for everyone and creates a spacious living experience. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. There are plenty of dishes and glasses available. In addition to the coffee machine, there is also a Nespresso machine that you can use to enjoy your own coffee specialties. A very cozy sofa corner invites you to chill out, and at the large dining table, you can enjoy meals together and lively game nights. In the living area, you will find the wood-burning stove, satellite TV, and a stereo system with a radio. From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with large garden tables and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. The wooden terrace has been extended with a stone terrace, which is ideal for both sunbathing and safe barbecuing. In addition to a barbecue, there are 2 sun loungers at your disposal. Next to the house, there is a bicycle rack that can accommodate up to 5 bicycles. This area is not visible from the street, so your bikes will be protected there.
