The house is situated on a hill overlooking Seis in close proximity to the village center in a quiet location and has a magnificent view of the mountain Sciliar and Ross teeth. The house is surrounded by a large garden with good parking. Within walking distance of the village square in just 3 minutes. The bus stop is located nearby. Seis is an ideal starting point for numerous walks and mountain hikes and is 5 km from the famous Seiser Alm. The apartment was renovated in 2015 and is about 40 square meters.
