A very special place in the heart of Playa. It´s a duplex with a the first floor with 2bd , two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, small patio, a full apartment plus a second floor that works as a lockout studio attached to the rest of the property with its own kitchen a queen size bed and all amenities, sauna, jacuzzi, and a barbacue area for the whole family or be separated from the kids. All rooms have TV sets and the living room also (5 in total) with soundbar, wifi, and cable. The space The duplex has 3 rooms. Two are located on the lower deck, which also has two full baths, a kitchen, and a patio with a waterfall shower. The upper floor is a full studio that can be used separately. It has a kitchen, dining room, sauna, Jacuzzi and a patio with barbecue for the whole family. Guest access The duplex is private, it is accessed directly from the street and has a parking lot in front that guests can use in any of the free spaces.
