Thank you for your understanding. * SPACE SPECS: Our newly constructed condo offers 1135 sqft. of indoor living space and the outdoor patio balcony is 300 sqft. » High speed internet wifi throughout - Master bedroom: offers a King bed + 10" green tea infused memory foam mattress, full ensuite bathroom, and 55" TCL Smart TV * - Second bedroom: offers a Queen bed + 10” green tea infused memory foam mattress - Both bathrooms: one has walk in shower, the other has a shower tub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryers, and 2 sets of face & body towels per person are provided - Living room: a sectional (can turn into a Queen bed), coffee table and 55" TCL Smart TV - Dining: a long table that can seat up to 6 people with balcony right next to it for breezy air - Balcony: bar table of two plus a stunning view of the Okanagan Lake & city & mountain view - Den/office: trundle day bed (2 twins), premium quality mattresses, and a foldable laptop table with printer wireless HP B&W printer and Airprint function - Parking: 1 secure underground parking spot is included. An additional parking spot available at $10/night PETS: Before making a reservation, please send us an inquiry about your pet (i.e. type, breed, size, potty trained, tick/flea treated, and etc.). Pet accommodating is subject to approval, pet fees may apply, and we may require additional pet security deposit processed via Airbnb Resolution Request portal. * Air conditioning * Bi-weekly housekeeping/cleaning included in your booking, customized & scheduled to your specific needs * Work From Home friendly: B&W wireless printer, desk space, high speed wifi internet * Children Friendly: high chair provided complimentary (with a 4 Business Day notice) Guest access You will have sole access to the unit. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Kindly note, as we are a flexible stay rental, we will request our guests to sign a rental agreement at time of booking, provide copies of all guest passports, and we will request a $1500 CAD security/damage deposit through the Airbnb resolution portal. After your stay is completed, and upon inspection of no damages, the deposit will be returned back to your credit card by Airbnb through the Airbnb resolution portal. Airbnb’s credit card provider takes approx 10 business days to show the refund back to your credit card statement. Alternatively, we also accept e-transfer and can be returned back in form of e-transfer at time of check out inspection. The reason we do this is because the “Security Deposit” function from Airbnb is not enforceable due to the fact that Airbnb does not authorize any funds on the credit card of payment for the amount that is inputted. The Following amenities are available upon request and upon availability with a 4 Business Day notice or request at time of reservation: *Iron & iron board *High chair IMPORTANT: if you are looking to book for a monthly stay, you can consider a 31 night stay as GST/occupancy taxes will not be applied by Airbnb for 31 night and up stays.
