The guest has the choice to clean the place themselves and return the accommodation in perfect condition of cleanliness. - Accommodation deposit €250 per accommodation for any stay from 5 consecutive nights - Cleaning deposit at the final cleaning rate per type of accommodation for any stay. Upon departure, a cleanliness check is carried out before return of the security deposit. Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the listing. Vaccination notebook required Dogs 1st and 2nd category prohibited. - Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: €19 per service requested before arrival, subject to availability (not bookable for stays in July and August). - As a general rule, our receptions are open daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (7 p.m. or 8 p.m. in high season in July and August). The reception may be closed on Wednesdays all day and on Sunday afternoons in low season. Details can be found in the services of each residence. Report your scheduled arrival time in advance. Any arrival outside the opening hours of the reception is subject to a special key exchange procedure. Otherwise, access to the accommodation is not guaranteed.
