LAYOUT The layout of the home is straightforward. The main living area, kitchen, dining and TV room are downstairs, as well as the luxurious master bedroom with ensuite. The laundry is also downstairs. Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms, a second TV/loungeroom, plus shared family bathroom with separate toilet. KITCHEN Fully equipped modern kitchen with Nespresso coffee pod machine. Ample dinnerware and serving platters. BEDROOMS x 4 Bedroom 1 downstairs: Queen bed. Air-conditioning. Ensuite bathroom. Visit nearby wineries, gourmet food producers and art galleries. Guest access With the exception of a closed shed and storage rooms, you have access to the whole property. Other things to note *** An EXTRA CHARGE OF $75 per stay applies if you are bringing your dog. Please note that pets are not allowed upstairs, on any furniture, carpets or rugs. Charges will apply for excess cleaning or damage due to pets. You must also clean up after your pet and have express permission to bring your pet. **** There are no shops, convenience stores or supermarkets in Eagle Bay.
