Relax and unwind in this comfortable studio overlooking Muchavista Beach. Capacity for 2 people, it has a large terrace where you can enjoy the sea at any time of day. Complete development with all services, community pool, paddle tennis, tennis, children's play area, barbecue, restaurants, tram stop at the foot of the development with direct connection to Benidorm, Alicante, Altea and Denia. The space The studio has a terrace, a living room area where the furniture opens and becomes a large bed, a small fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry area in the storage room. Guest access The studio belongs to the Las Lanzas development but is located outside the complex, right in the rice mill building. Guests can make use of all the services that the development offers, barbecue, tennis courts, indoor soccer, basketball and a playground. The community has 2 pools open from June 1 to September 30th. ( according to climatology) When the pool is open, to access it you will need to use the cards that we will leave in the house, one card per group is enough. It is very important not to lose the cards, in case of loss, the cost for each card is €10 Other things to note Guests can park their car for free and outdoors within the Las Lanzas development. The spaces are not assigned, so it is possible that, especially in high season, you will not find a space inside, but we can advise you of some places to park if you need it You can also park for free on the street at the end of Calle Pinòs.
