Welcome to stay in a villa of 200 m2 with a large sunny terrace in excellent sun position and heated pool. You who rent can either be one or two couples, or a family with children. The space On the pool deck there are plenty of sunbeds, sun loungers and outdoor groups for socializing in both sun and shade as well as a large gas grill. The downstairs consists of social areas with an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. From the hall you reach a living room with lots of sunlight and a comfy sofa set. Adjacent is the TV room with a large TV (and PS5) and a big sofa. The TV room can be closed off from the other social areas by sliding doors. Luxurious kitchen where everyone has space to hang out while cooking - lots of countertops and all amenities: induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine. Large kitchen table with seating for 10 people. On the lower level, there is also a bathroom with shower and laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs is the master bedroom and four more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with 120 cm downstairs and 90 cm upstairs. Bedroom 3 consists of a 140 cm wide bed suitable for 2 people. Bedroom 4 has a loft bed (recommended for 1 person, maximum 80 kg). Bedroom 5 is an office but can be made into a bedroom with a 90-cm bed if additional beds are needed. - 5 minutes by car to a beach by the lake - 7-minute walk to complete athletics facility with exercise tracks both on the facility (all-weather courses) and in the forest, outdoor gym, paddle courts, beach volleyball court, boules court - 30 minutes to Arlanda by car - 30 minutes to Stockholm city by car - 15 minutes' walk to Roslagsbanan, which takes you to Stockholm city in 30 minutes - 5 minutes by car to the center with well-stocked grocery stores (ICA/Coop), Systembolaget and different restaurants - 15 minutes by car to Arninge shopping center with, among other things, Leo's indoor playground and Yoump trampoline park.
