It can accommodate 6 people (two children's bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed in 160 and a TV room with a convertible sofa) and provide you with all the necessary comfort (bathroom with shower and bath, two separate toilets). The vegetable patch is there to delight your taste buds, all prepared in an equipped kitchen (4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) overlooking the garden. A plancha is also available on the terrace. Adults and children alike will find their playground (hut with swings and slide, football cages, basketball hoop, table tennis, table football) but also something to cool off in the swimming pool (6m x 3m). A piano is also available for music lovers. The house is located +/- 15km from the beaches of Hyères and Toulon. Hiking trails (hiking & mountain biking) are also accessible +/- 10 minutes from the house (Siou-Blanc plateau). The whole house is yours, except 1 room upstairs. Very quiet residential area. You can smoke outside. Please collect the butts.
