Beautiful top floor apartment just 300m from the beach! Other things to note The apartment is divided into two levels, the lower floor has a cozy living room with TV, Blu-Ray player and radio. From this you can access the balcony. Also on this floor is the fitted kitchen with all comforts (two coffee machines 1x capsules + 1x filter coffee), dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, make-up mirror, washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2nd TV and the second with two single beds. You can use the wonderful 3000m² property with a small pond, deck chairs, barbecue area (communal grill), children's playground and in an absolutely quiet location with the other house guests. You can reach the beach after a short walk of approx. 300m. There is a parking space at the house. Free WiFi is available to you. No Smoking! Pets are welcome. Welcome to vacation!
