The newly renovated 3-room apartment can accommodate 4-6 people and is equipped with two cozy bedrooms with double beds. If necessary, the couch in the living area can be easily transformed into an additional sleeping area. The stylish furnishings combine lovingly preserved original furniture from the last century with modern design elements, creating an inviting living atmosphere. The light-flooded living room with a cozy stove bench leads directly onto the spacious balcony, which is also accessible from both bedrooms – perfect for relaxing mornings or mild summer evenings. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality equipment: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, free-standing fridge-freezer and plenty of work space offer everything you need for convivial cooking evenings. The apartment is also ideal for workation stays: high-speed Internet and two separate, flexible workstations enable productive work even on vacation. In the spacious bathroom you will find a bathtub with shower enclosure and toilet; another separate toilet is right next door. Important note on the location: The house is idyllically situated on the slope. Access to the apartment is via a longer, natural staircase, which requires surefootedness.
