The lap pool, treated with salt and ozone and surrounded by bromeliads and a cumaru wood deck, completes the perfect tropical retreat. On the same property, there’s a second house with the same level of comfort — ideal for families or groups of up to 12 guests. It is located on a quiet dead-end street, surrounded by nature. The Concha neighborhood is leafy and hosts most of the city’s guesthouses. We are 300 m from Concha Beach, near Ponta do Xaréu, a prime spot for watching the sunset. Just a 10-minute walk to the main street, Pituba, the town center, and the waterfront, giving easy access to restaurants, shops, and Itacaré’s lively atmosphere. Other things to note The house has 3 suites and can be rented as a whole (up to 7 people) or a single suite separately. On the adjacent property, there is a second house with the same standard, allowing accommodation for up to 12 people - ideal for families or large groups. We have separate listings for each suite, for the entire house, and for both houses. Other services, such as breakfast, meals, tours, or experiences (surfing, yoga, birdwatching, and wildlife observation), can be requested in advance for better organization. Pets are allowed with prior notice. Covered parking is available. Housekeeping service is complimentary, with set hours (not available on Sundays). We are a family-run enterprise and value conscious consumption and waste separation for recycling. We are not responsible for valuables left on the premises. We are not responsible for water or power outages caused by the utility companies.
