AMAZING OCEAN/BEACH FRONT VIEW in HHResort Bldg #1

Overlooking one of the best ocean view's in the resort, our beautiful top floor, Bldg #1 villa will not disappoint! In almost every room , you will have an amazing view of the beach (only the villas on this row directly face the beach where the Folly Inlet runs the tidal marsh). The bedroom that doesn't face the ocean DOES face the large pool below us. We have only recently begun to rent our villa using this platform so we have no reviews here yet however we have lots on another platform. The space Some of the many features of our villa include: * tile or pergo thru-out (no carpet) *granite counters in the fully equipped kitchen *spacious pantry closet * 50" Smart TV in living room * 26" Smart TV in the main bedroom * 32" TV with built-in DVD player in 2nd bedroom *SECURE Wireless Internet *sleeping accommodations for SIX - queen size bed in the main and 2 Full (Double) beds in the 2nd Take a short 5 - 6 minute stroll over the resort's beautifully updated and scenic boardwalk and you will enjoy one of the prettiest and most PRIVATE beaches on the island. It's never crowded because our property is bounded by the Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones Golf Course on one side and the Folly (inlet) on the other side. If you do not care to walk, the resort's own courteous and friendly security staff offers a complementary shuttle to and from the beach thru out the day (seasonally). While at the beach, grab some refreshments at our beachside cabana grill, "Cocos on the Beach" or enjoy a game of volleyball there! The Beach Bear Deli, located by the pool in the center courtyard of our building also has an internet cafe, convenience & gift shop. There are 6 lighted tennis courts, 2 outside pools, an indoor heated pool in our Atrium Bldg (Bldg 3) along with a kiddie pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise equipment and a 1/10 mile indoor track for rainy days or relaxing evenings. Reserve a time for a game at the pickleball/badminton courts in the courtyard of Building Two. The amenities at our resort are some of the MOST that are offered by any resort on the island and they are all available for your use absolutely FREE as our guests! We also provide 4 beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart provided in our secure beach locker. And we are SAFE! 24 hour roving security guards, manned gated entrance, and video cameras of all common areas insure the safety NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! NO PETS/ANIMALS (resort rules) Guest access Our entire condo is available for our guests use. All amenities in the resort are also available at no extra charge to our guests.
