Balgavies Home Farm - Cottage

Balgavies Home Farm is set in the beautiful rolling Angus countryside within the Lunan Valley. The buildings date from around 1890, the old steadings and mill form a complex of buildings which include: a private house, a cottage, 2 bed & breakfast rooms, and a luxurious spa area* with a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and aquarium. (*Please note: the spa is not included in the Airbnb price). The space The cottage has three bedrooms: two with spacious kingsize beds and two single beds in the third bedroom. (Each of these beds has a high-quality mattress.) There is high-speed WiFi throughout the premises and a large flat-screen TV (with Netflix) in the living-room plus board games and puzzles. A fully fitted kitchen with basic supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, herbs & spices. Our spa area includes a 10-meter pool with a jacuzzi, sauna, and relaxation area. (THE SPA IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.) Other things to note The SPA area is private usage - NO other guests are in there with you.
