At the foot of the bavarian Alps in Garmisch-P.

Our recently renovated, cozy little mountain hideaway is located at the very base of the Bavarian alps. Only a stonesthrow from the most popular hiking paths and mountainbiking trails as well a 10 minute walk away from the popular Partnach Gorge (Partnachklamm) or the "Hausberg". If City sightseeing is more your thing youll be happy to find the center of Garmisch 15 min by foot or 5min by bike. The space In the apartment you will have everything you need and we are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible so don’t hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can help you with. You want to bring your entire Family, or maybe a friend or two? We can help you house everybody. The apartment has a king size bed in the larger bedroom as well as a pull out regular double bed in the smaller bedroom. If you need more beds there is a couch in the living room which could be prepared if need be or alternatively an extra mattress with advanced notice. Guest access The property consists of 2 separate gardens as well as 2 terraces one of which you will have access to. In case you want to lock your bikes in the garage this can also be arranged and there is off course a separate skistorage for winter. For a small fee a laundry machine is at your disposal with advanced notice. Other things to note This apartment is located on the ground floor of a larger house which is currently being renovated to house more enthusiastic visitors like yourself. Because of the ongoing touch-up there might be a slight inconvenience here and there but don't fret, the apartment is everything you've been looking for and we are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Also to note is that the bottom floor of the house is divided into two spaces because of the hillside position of the property. It consist of our basement towards the back and your apartment towards the front with ground floor all around and everything is proportioned a bit smaller which adds to its coziness and charm. Please note that all guests will be charged a fee of 3.5€ per person per Night for the tourist tax which is mandatory for all guests visiting Garmisch. Children under 6 year of age are free of charge and children between 6 and 15 pay 1€ per night. This tourism-tax has nothing to do with our apartment and is being charged directly from the city of Garmisch .
