Large 2 bedroom apartment Saint Germain des Près, Paris

We are a Franco-American couple, with a 2 bedroom apartment (150 M2) to rent in the elegant St Germain des Près area of Paris. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, shelves and drawers, and a separate shower room and WC. The 2nd bedroom has a high quality sofa bed and a full, en suite bathroom and WC. We are a 10 minute walk from the Luxemburg Gardens, and 5 minutes from the luxury dept store Le Bon Marché, from the Hotel Lutetia (5 star hotel with spa), and from the legendary St Germain des Près and Montparnasse cafés. We are surrounded by dozens and dozens of shops, including high-end boutiques (Hermès, Cartier, Vuitton, Armani...) and by dozens of excellent restaurants . There is an outdoor farmer’s market 3 mornings a week on our street (including an organic market on Sundays mornings). The Louvre, Orsay and Rodin Museums are a 20-25 minute walk. The Montparnasse train station 15 minutes on foot. The St Lazare train station (for Normandy and Claude Monet’s house) is a 15-20 minute metro ride from us, and the Gare du nord train station (for Eurostar to London or Thalys to Amsterdam or Brussels) is a 25-30 min metro ride from us. We are always available during our guests stay and are happy to provide information about visiting Paris and surrounding sites or answer any questions. We leave a very thorough binder with explanations on how to work appliances in our home and how to get around our neighborhood.
