Wire transfers are not permitted. • Linens are included on all beds. • The occupancy cap is 4. It’s a hard cap and is not negotiable. • Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. • Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. • No parties or events are allowed on the property. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. • Linens are included on all beds. • Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. • Subletting not allowed. • No smoking indoors is allowed. This includes electronic cigarettes, vapes, and hookahs. Lastly, we will really appreciate if you could treat the apartment as your own, with love and care.
