The apartment is accessible via a shared hallway and a staircase on the second floor. In an area of about 70 square meters, there is a living room with a couch, reading lamp and armchairs, as well as a dining table. In each of the two bedrooms, there is a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, sink, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
