Beautiful refurbished family cottage, for 10 people, 175 m2, 4 bedrooms, 250 meters from the slopes/chairlifts of the 3Vallées area. Please note: Booking only from Sunday to Sunday to avoid congestion for climbing in the Belleville Valley, which is always very busy on Saturdays. The space Family cottage refurbished in 2021 located in the beautiful typical Savoyard village of Bettaix at 1600 meters above sea level, 250 m from the slopes and the "Bettex" detachable chairlift (5 min flat walk) connecting the center of the Menuires resort and the 600 km of slopes of the 3 Vallées in 7 minutes. The slope leading to the Chalet is an easy and picturesque blue slope, equipped with snow cannons, ideal for beginners and young children. With an area of 175 m², the Chalet consists of 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Guests will enjoy a carefully decorated interior and the warmth of the wood. Your nights will be most relaxing thanks to new quality bedding. On the first floor: - You can meet with family and friends in a spacious and bright 60 m2 open living room (living room, dining room, kitchen), equipped with a wood stove, opening directly onto a large south-facing terrace where deckchairs await you to enjoy a panoramic view of the peaks of Val Thorens. - There is also a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms - 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), 1 single bed (80 x 180) and a desk - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a desk - 1 independent bathroom with walk-in shower - 1 separate WC - 1 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 190) and 2 single beds (90 x 190). Possibility to convert the double bed into 2 single beds. - 1 shower room On the ground floor: - You will arrive in a spacious and warm entrance for your ski departures and returns, which includes plenty of storage. - A laundry room is equipped with a boot warmer (6 pairs), a washing machine, a dryer and a large additional fridge-freezer. - An outdoor ski locker For your comfort: - The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction stove, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), kettle, toaster, fondue/raclette machine. - Linens are provided: towels and sheets (in non-ironed cotton voile), the beds are made. - Wood for the stove provided - In this family cottage, you will also find games, comics and a choice of French reading for all tastes. Parking: Depending on snow conditions, 2 private spaces right in front of the house are at your disposal, otherwise in case of snow, you will find free public parking spaces 50 meters from the chalet. The ski equipment rental store is located 100 meters from the Chalet (we have negotiated a 10% discount for our customers for any weekly rental of ski equipment), You'll have the option to have bread and pastries delivered every morning. Useful information for the smooth running of your stay will be sent to you before your stay: key handover, guest access to Les Bettaix, options for your food shopping, ski schools (courses from Monday to Saturday). Le Bettaix is also the arrival point of a fabulous and well-known off-piste that descends from Pointe de la Masse (2800 m). Brigitte is a yoga teacher and Yves is an engineer. Through their work, they had the opportunity to live with their family abroad: 10 years in Milan, the 8 years in London. They are now settled in Normandy. They are happy to introduce you to this village and valley to which they are so attached and will do everything to make your stay a success. We are mainly interested in sharing our cottage with families, it is a great place to meet.
