With us you live & sleep in a monument - a more than 200 year old double stretched farm with 1,200 square meters of garden. Our Tschardakhof has 5 apartments which can be booked individually or exclusively. Our farm is perfect for intergenerational vacations, groups of friends or even workations. Vacation, celebrate and work together - but with enough privacy in your own apartment. ATTENTION: from November - March the apartment Troadkasten is not included) The space Our farm has a main building with 4 apartments and 1 apartment in the Troadkasten (only included in the price from April to October). The names of the five apartments are reminiscent of their historical function. While the living areas of the building were already housed in the Anger and Hofstatt, the wine cellar served as a storage and production facility for viticulture. In the Viecherei, the horses rested from their daily work and in the Troadkasten, the grain harvested in summer was stored. Here is information about the apartments: Top 1 Anger: entrance hall with wardrobe, 1 bedroom with a double box spring bed and a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as a desk and wardrobe, 1 living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa bed with TV. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. (max. 6 people) Top 2 wine cellars: You enter the apartment via 2 steps and you are in the kitchen-living room (fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 4 people) and a cloakroom. A staircase in the former wine cellar leads you to the bathroom with shower and toilet (extra). Up 2 steps from the kitchen-diner is the large living/bedroom with a double box spring bed and a large sofa bed with a TV. The room also has a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. (max. 4 people) Top 3 Viecherei: kitchen-living room with a small pull-out couch for 1 child, TV, dining table for 3 people, fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with a double box spring bed (1.60m wide), desk and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and extra toilet (max. 2 adults and 1 child + baby bed) Top 4 Hofstatt: entrance hall with wardrobe, 1 bedroom with a double box spring bed and a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as a desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe, 1 living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa bed with TV. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Stairs to the terrace. (Max. 6 people) Top 5 Troadkasten: A short steep staircase leads to the kitchen with dining area and the bathroom with shower and toilet. A longer steep staircase leads to the sleeping area with a double box spring bed and sofa bed (for 1 child aged 3 years and up) and a TV. The Troadkasten also has air conditioning. (max. 2 adults and 1 child over 3 years) Our common room Kramasuri has a mini bar with local drinks (beer, mineral water, wine and juices), dryer and washing machine, games, children's books and more cooking utensils. The 1,200 m2 garden invites you to play and relax. There are 2 terraces - one right next to the apartment Top 4 Hofstatt with a large table and a second with a gas grill by the Troadkasten. There are deckchairs and sun loungers. You can find shade under one of our trees. We have 2 e-bikes that can be rented and an e-charging station at the entrance. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the courtyard. When booking the entire courtyard, we recommend using the living room of the Hofstatt apartment as a “common room”. An additional table can also be added here. The perfect maximum occupancy is 12 adults and 8 children. Other things to note The Burgenland Card is included in our prices. For group bookings, we provide additional dishes and glasses. Please do not take dishes, glasses and cookware from the other apartments. On request, we also provide breakfast - this is placed in boxes in front of the apartments. Parties with external guests are only allowed on request!
