It is situated in a great location (200 yds walk) to discover true Cornwall as there are narrow, winding & cobbled streets that lead to the picturesque fishing harbour, shops, restaurants, watering holes & the safe beach of Port Isaac The space The property is a ground floor apartment found tucked away at the end of The Terrace. Upon entering the front door you are led into a beautiful lounge/dining area decorated in a nautical theme. There is a dining table to seat four and two comfy leather sofas for relaxation in front of the multi fuel burner. The lounge leads to a modern and well equipped galley kitchen area which also has a small seating area. There are two beautiful bedrooms within the apartment, one with a double bed and the other with full size single beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and w.c in. Sip your morning coffee or dine alfresco on the shared courtyard outside the property, or enjoy the wonderful views across the bay to Tintagel from the large shared garden, perfect for a sundowner at the end of the day.
