This is a 1950's one bedroomed cottage set in a beautiful tree ringed garden in a quiet street close to the centre of Martinborough Wine Village. It is within easy walking distance of everything Martinborough has to offer. The wineries are very close. The Village offers a choice of cafes and award-winning restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket, a pizzeria, wine bar and even a brewery. Martinborough offers a variety of rural walks through farm and vineyards. It is an ideal starting point for exploring by bicycle and there are several cycle hire businesses nearby. It is an ideal point for exploring the Wairarapa region, shopping in Greytown, fishing at Lake Ferry or exploring the South Wairarapa coast. Special conditions: The cottage is suitable for a couple. There is a small completely separate self contained cottage at the rear of the section which the owners may use from time to time. The tariff is $150 per night. For long term stays rates are negotiable. There is a minimum two night stay except for long weekends where there is a three night minimum stay. This is a non smoking cottage and parties are not permitted. Pets not allowed.
