The town finds itself in the most eastern area of the Alpujarra Granadina, on the border area with the province of Almeria, in the southern part of the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada, which has been declared Reserva de la Biosfera by the UNESCO). In the surrounding area of the holiday home, you will have the opportunity to go hiking and enjoy the nature all around it. If you fancy skiing, you will be happy to know that La Ragua Estación Recreativa y de Esquí Nórdico (Nordic Ski Station of La Ragua) is located just 15 km far. The nearest beaches are those of Adra and Almerimar, 40 km far.
