The villa has five double bedrooms and an independent apartment on the ground floor with its own entrance, perfect for guests or for those seeking a bit more privacy. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the pool terrace, making it easy to move between the interior and exterior. It is designed for large families or groups of friends who want to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings without giving up the proximity to the city: Palma is just 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are several golf courses within 10 km and very popular cycling routes just around the corner. - - - - - Important Notes - - - - - All bookings include free running water, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). This house features air conditioning only in the living room, as well as heating throughout the house. There are fans in every bedroom.
