Beauchamp is a traditional 19th century Perigord stone farmhouse with two adjoining three-bedroom gites with aircon, each accommodating up to six people and each with its own heated pool. Located in the peaceful Dordogne countryside, 5 minutes from the medieval town of Monpazier and 45 minutes from Sarlat. The space MAISON 1 (200 m² on one level), rated 4 stars by the Périgord Ministry of Tourism, has a private south-facing garden and terrace with gazebo, large parasol, barbecue, dining table for 12, sun loungers and table tennis. The private 10 x 4 m saltwater swimming pool is open all year round, heated from beginning April to end September and on request outside these months with a supplement for the heating. The "garden room" can accommodate up to 12 people and leads directly to the terrace. A large living-dining room open to a relaxing sitting area, 65 inch smart TV television with complimentary Netflix. A spacious and super equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed (150x200), heating, ceiling fan and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and direct garden access. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (90x200) , reverse-cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan and direct garden access. Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90x200), reverse-cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a separate family toilet. Can accommodate up to 6 people, including children. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility, as there are a few steps inside. MAISON 2 (130 m²), rated 3 stars by the Périgord Ministry of Tourism, has a private south-facing garden and terrace with gazebo, large parasol, barbecue, dining table for 6 and sun loungers. The private 5x3m above-ground pool is open all year round, heated from beginning April to end September. On request outside these months with a supplement for the heating.
