Apartment in a charming turn-of-the-century villa

This charmingly furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old town villa built in 1895, close to the city center and not far from all public transportation options, which are all within easy walking distance. From the balcony, you can enjoy a unique view of the villa’s mature trees and the adjacent park. Despite its proximity to the city center, you’ll feel close to nature here, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Elmshorn train station is just a 10-minute walk away. The space The flat features mostly original wooden floorboards dating from 1895 and has a floor area of around 90 square metres. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential electrical appliances needed for day-to-day use. The bathroom also has a washing machine with an integrated tumble dryer. The living and dining room is very spacious and furnished with an XXL sofa and a large colour television. One of the two bedrooms has two single beds, whilst the other has a double bed. Guest access The entrance to the various floors of the villa is located at the rear of the house, in the courtyard. The restored wooden staircase leads up to the top floor, where the flat is situated. Keys are usually handed over in person. However, we also have a key safe which can be used in the event of a late arrival. Other things to note Please bear in mind that the flat is situated on the top floor of the villa and can only be accessed on foot via the staircase. We recommend that guests with mobility difficulties take this into account when booking.
