The space 41 m² DUPLEX fully renovated in 2021. Fully equipped ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. A small fridge + a large fridge-freezer On the mezzanine, a desk is at your disposal with its comfortable vintage chair (new). A sofa bed for napping on harmonious cushions, cozy and... quiet. A large bedroom with VELUX and blackout curtains. A well-equipped SHOWER room with storage. A dressing room for storage adjoining the room. A fully tiled terrace, overlooking the generous nature of the site, with garden furniture and parasol and BBQ. There is a laundry with washing machine available for your use. We have provided a WELCOME BOOKLET summarizing the points of interest and emergency numbers (22 pages!!) + a TOURIST BOOKLET, with which you can consult the documentation of the immediate surroundings and much more... and finally a NOTEBOOK where you can write about your stay. Your hosts will always be available on site and also by phone!! KRISTEL or LOUANE, our hosts, will give you all the indications for the proper functioning of the DUPLEX, AND, KRISTEL, a freelance nurse (speaking English) will of course be at your disposal just in case!!! as well as the management of the keys!! ALWAYS PRESENT... don't hesitate to ask them to help you!! Generous nature will surround you and you will have the chance to be surrounded by horses, ponies, very friendly pets. For horse riding enthusiasts, an EQUESTRIAN CENTER is available in LOUDEAC (19 km from the duplex), not to mention an AQUATIC center for adults and children alike. The beaches are about 45 minutes away by car. The documentation we have made available to you will only make you want to visit this beautiful corner of Brittany. At your disposal... Medical center with doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, dentist, veterinarian, pharmacy, etc... Other things to note A WELCOME BOOKLET is available to indicate places, villages, castles to visit, the best restaurants and all safety-related information (FIREFIGHTERS, GENDARMERIE, SAMU, DOCTORS, NURSES, HOSPITAL, VETERINARIAN). Maps are included so that you can appreciate the distances from one city to another. Photographs are also present to give you the desire to visit places not to be missed... We accept LONG STAYS with CLEANING and change of all linens, once a week, WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE. PETS are gladly accepted WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE... 4 BICYCLES completely renovated in October 2021 (2 classic + 2 mountain bikes with a deposit of €200 returned at the end of the stay).
