The apartment is part of a vacation home.  Guests appreciate the excellent, quiet location. Shopping and recreational facilities, as well as the aerial cableway valley station, are within easy walking distance. The house is situated on the sunny side of the mountain, and most of the balconies face the sun and offer stunning mountain views, including the Großglockner. Apartment, bathroom, toilet, balcony: A balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains and the Großglockner is one of the highlights of the apartment awaiting you in Heiligenblut. Wi-Fi and a garage parking space at the property are available to you free of charge. Your apartment features a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and a coffee maker and pod coffee machine. A 40-inch flat-screen TV rounds out the amenities. The private bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. You can sleep on a truly cozy double sofa bed with a slatted frame and a 16 cm Dunlopillo mattress, and the third sleeping spot is also very comfortable. On-site costs: Private parking spaces are available free of charge at the property. In addition, a garage parking space may be available, subject to availability. One dog is permitted upon request; regardless of the length of stay, a €10 fee applies to cover the additional cleaning costs. Security deposit: Upon arrival, please leave a €100 deposit with the property manager. Upon departure, we will offset the security deposit against the local tax in effect on the date of arrival (currently €2.60 per person aged 18 and older) and the electricity bill (€0.35 per kWh).
