It has a combined living/ sleeping room with double bed, seating and small kitchen open to the room as well as an indoor bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen and shower cabin are a bit outdated and would need to be renewed, but everything works. When the weather is beautiful, the east-facing furnished balcony invites you to linger. Smoking is not desired inside the apartment. Balcony, linens and bicycle shed is present. It is just a few minutes' walk to Park Sanssouci with its castles and gardens and to the city center with its many historical and architectural sights.
