Small, quiet gatherings in the orangery—such as children’s daytime birthday parties or family dinners—may be permitted subject to prior authorisation. Larger events and late-night celebrations are not permitted. All gatherings must be agreed in advance with the host. Any additional guests beyond those included in the gîte reservation must be declared and will incur an additional fee. Guests are kindly requested to respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. Noise levels, including music, must be kept to an absolute minimum before 23:00, both indoors and outdoors. No music is allowed in the orangery after 23:00. Any non-compliance with these rules will be reported directly to Airbnb, and we reserve the right to apply a €500 penalty. We are an eco-friendly hotel. Hand soap, kitchen essentials and toilet paper are provided. For stays of 7+ nights: Sheets and towels are provided for stays of one week or more. For shorter stays of less than 7 nights: Bedsheets and towels are not provided. Please, bring your own.
