On the ground floor you will enjoy a large 50 m² living room with kitchen open to dining room equipped with a pellet stove as well as a small relaxation area, a 17 m² living room with sofa and TV as well as a first bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor you will find 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are equipped with 1 bed 140 and the 3rd with 3 beds 90) as well as a 2nd bathroom and independent toilet. In the heart of a quiet hamlet, overlooking the Forez plain and the Alps, discover this old stone farmhouse, completely renovated with taste, comfort and authenticity of the past. The house offers quality equipment, beautiful room volumes, a warm atmosphere and personalized decoration. You will enjoy a 100 m² enclosed and paved courtyard facing east and a landscaped garden with a petanque court. For added comfort, charges are included in the rental rate.
