"La Casanière"

"La Casanière" the 40 m2 annex with its kitchenette, small bathroom with washing machine, living room and mezzanine with double bed, a large bedroom with double bed and possibly space for a baby cot is rented throughout the year. Between the two, the open-air patio where you can sleep when the weather is nice, take a shower under the sky or swing in a hammock for a nap. Be sure to book it. (see surcharge rate). The space "La Case". The ecological house. It is an architect's house built in 2000 in Provençal building materials with a North African atmosphere. The water is heated by solar panels and rainwater from the roofs as well as water from the kitchen are collected in tanks to water the garden. It is built on the edge of the village without any vis-à-vis but on the other hand with a beautiful south-facing view of the Comtat plain. It is surrounded by a 2,500 m2 semi-wild garden (to protect bio-diversity) planted with lavender, rosemary, thyme, sage, olive trees, oaks, roses, wisteria and other plants typical of the region. A large terrace where you can rest and eat in the shade of the reeds and swim from May to October in a 4 m x 4 m pool that brings a nice freshness. The house has two adjoining but completely independent parts. The "mother" house is not rented. It is not inhabited when the annex is rented. Other things to note Eco-friendly house at the foot of Mont Ventoux on the edge of BLAUVAC, a small village at 420 m altitude, for nature and tranquility lovers. Perfect place for hikers, cycling enthusiasts, artists who need to concentrate or simply for anyone who loves beauty. The house has a bohemian side, not perfect or luxurious.
