In addition, the villa has 6 bathrooms and air conditioning, the first supply of bed linen and towels is included in the rental. Other things to note Pets are welcome on request at an extra cost and subject to acceptance, provided that they are not allowed on beds and sofas and that they are taken outside the property to do their business. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please follow the rules for separate waste collection and dispose of waste correctly as instructed at check-in, separating organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and dry waste into separate bags and placing them in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of residual waste. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of €250.00. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €5,000.00 will be charged to your credit card. The amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank's processing times) at the end of your stay.
