Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and approval by the owners. The property has a ground floor and a basement. The villa is furnished partly with modern furniture and partly with antique furniture because of the noble origins of their owners. The villa has 4 double rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with single beds. There are also 6 private bathrooms and air conditioning. Other things to note Upon arrival, a deposit of € 5,000.00 will be required by credit card. The above amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s schedule) at the end of your stay. In case of damage or if the rules of the villa are not respected, the agency reserves the right to withhold the amount corresponding to the resulting damage. Electricity and water consumption are NOT included in the rental price. The cost is 1500,00€ per week and must be paid at the end of your stay. The first supply of bed linen and bath towels is included in the price. Additionally, a 3-hour housekeeping service per day is included in the rate. City tax to be paid in cash upon arrival, according to the Municipality's regulations. For check-ins from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. (upon request) there is an additional fee of EUR 30.00. For late check-ins from 10 p.m. onwards (upon request) an additional charge of euro 50.00 will be applied.
