It has a balcony, barbecue, sauna, fiber optic wi-fi, whirlpool, sea-facing deck, beach exits, ample parking! Close to everything: hamburger shop, restaurants, bakery, market, shops, ice cream shop, pizzeria, cafeteria and more! Praia da Pinheira is divided into two: Cima Beach, which is the smallest and most charming, where our house is. It is a calm sea beach, few waves, ideal for families with children and the elderly, but full of fun and delights! Praia de Baixo, goes to Ponta do Papagaio, passing through several other beaches. The entrance of Praia da Pinheira, is at the same entrance of Guarda do Embaú, an international surfing point and which is a 10 minute drive or also, and you can reach there by the trail, passing by the beach, a paradisiacal place. Garopaba Beach is also right there and just program to spend the day there! So good watering on a beach that gives you several different fun and adventure options, isn't it?! And everything close and without traffic!!! We recently placed 04 external cameras around the house to increase your safety and that of the house. Caution and affection are never too much, right?! The house is well divided and complete as described below! HOMES The house has 4 bedrooms( 01 was adapted to serve large families) of couples . UPPER FLOOR: PRIMARY SUITE A spacious suite at the top of the house, with bed, created mute, lamp, air conditioning, closet, sauna and hot tub. Here, if necessary, we were able to put another double mattress, as it is quite spacious. WINTER GARDEN (TRANSFORMED INTO 4ºQUARTO) Next to the suite, we have the Winter Garden with a fireplace , which became the 4th dormitory(adapted) , with ceiling fan, double bed, mute table, lamp, wicker couch, blackout curtains and another column fan (vertical, standing). Here, if necessary, we were able to put another double mattress, as it is quite spacious. LOWER FLOOR: GREATER DOUBLE BEDROOM (LOWER FLOOR) A larger double room, with air-conditioning, mute servant, lamp, closet. Here, if necessary, we were able to put another double mattress, as it is spacious, but it is a little tighter than the accommodation on the upper floor. Ideal for family with young children. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM (LOWER LEVEL) A smaller double bedroom, with a closet, mute table, tower fan (vertical), and in these rooms it is also possible to put a double mattress on the floor, changing the layout of the bed. It is tight, but it fits a double mattress, if necessary , in the case of a family of 03 or 04 people. FULL SPACIOUS BATHROOM (BETWEEN THE 02 ROOMS OF COUPLES) Between the two couples' bedrooms, it has a large and complete bathroom, which serves both bedrooms on the lower floor. DINING ROOM We have a dining room with table for 6 chairs and a crystal clearing house. Usually used as a game room for cardboard or board games, as well as a workplace such as homeoffice. LIVING ROOM Living room with L sofa, puf, armchairs , wicker sofas, bookcase and Smart Digital TV with Chromecast digital 32", Netflix, SKY, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi and social bathroom. DECK FACING THE SEA The deck is located at the front of the house, right in front of the gourmet balcony. Pool tables and chairs are available. It is the guest's favorite location along with the Gourmet Balcony, where we have the barbecue, rustic table for 12 people, lots of sofas and chairs. If the class has guitar, then day and night has no end... in fact, if it has an end, for sure, it will be a HAPPY ENDING! In it are Christmas, New Year's, Carnival, Happy Hour, Weddings, BBQs, and many late afternoons, watered with drinks, beers, caipirinhas, sparkling wines, gin and various snacks such as Grilled Cameroon, Ostras, Shrimp Pastéis or Siri Hound. We have colored acrylic glasses, to stimulate this summer party, and make it even more unforgettable! WIDE GREEN AREA Wide green area for children at the front of the house. GUEST PARKING On the side of the house, outdoors, very close to the main entrance of the house and balcony, has room for 04 or 05 cars, depending on the size, and there is still space in the back, close to the garage that is interdicted. DEPARTS FOR THE BEACH An exit to the beach by the side(by the beach access street) and another front(facing the beach, foot in the sand). WE PROVIDE On-site we provide 10 double blankets and 19 pillows(01 pillow per guest will be available, according to the reservation). - INTERNET/WIFI FIBER OPTIC - VOLTAGE: 220V - EXTERNAL CAMERAS: we have 04 external cameras around the house. - WELCOME KIT The house offers a kit with cake or salted pie accompanied by a delicious coffee, juice or soda. After chat chatting, these quitutes will be set according to the guests' preference. Generally, the cake can be made of carrots, orange or chocolate, with or without cover. In addition to the coffee, we can offer a soda or juice according to the guest's preference. This is a way to express our affection and joy at having them in our house!!! - CLEANER MATERIAL KIT The house offers the basics so that the house is kept clean(broom, rôdo, shovel, cleaning cloths, plate cloths, alcohol, disinfectants, Qboa, washing machine powder, Lysoform, soap dishwasher tablets, etc. It will be at your disposal in the service area. Please use with conscience. - COMPLIMENTARY KIT KITCHEN & BATHROOMS In the kitchen, we leave 01 detergent, 01 sponge, 01 water bambona, ice water in the refrigerator. In the bathrooms, we leave 01 soap in the sink and 02 rolls of toilet paper , in each bathroom. With the Pandemic, we will also leave 1 bottle of alcohol gel. After the end of these items, the replacement of these items during the stay must be done by the guest. MATCHÕES We have 03 double foam and 1 single mattresses, which can be used in the winter garden (4th bedroom) , in the main suite or double rooms on the lower floor, for couples with children, if necessary. HOUSE ADMINISTRATOR I have an administrator on site, who will receive you, and will provide all the support from the beginning to the end of your stay. It will always be available for whatever it takes. WE DON'T OFFER We do not provide umbrellas or beach chairs, but on the beach there are those who rent them. Also, we do not provide games of sheets , bath towels, face , beach and "additional" pillows, as already mentioned above. LOCATION Great location, close to restaurants, hamburger, pizzeria, hot dog, bakery , market, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and other miscellaneous shops, as well as the center of Pinheira and the Church. The access street to Praia de Cima was made a part of our land, that is, our house is corner and facing the sea, that is, you will be in the prime area of Praia de Cima!! PRAIA DE CIMA - COMES & BEBES AND FUN Praia de Cima , has a paradisiacal sea, with few waves, excellent for families with children and the elderly. Posto dos Salva Vidas is right in front of the house as well as the beach showers. On the beach meets barzinhos, kiosks, various services such as walking cart of caipiroskas and beats, pastels and pies, cheese breads, churros, milhos, crepes. Fun with banana boat, pedalinhos, kayak, stand up , frescobol, voley, kitesurf (Parrot), late afternoon football, etc... CONSIDERAÇÕES I usually rent to a maximum of 12 people, but when there are special situations, such as reuniting large families at a special time, I can make an exception, but always after a lot of talk, so that there is no confusion during stay, reaching the maximum limit of 16 guests. It is clear that this number of people will make everything more tight, and that the comfortability will lose a little because of the number of people, but it can be done, as long as it is well understood that we are trying to meet a special request, making an exception. The house has particularities and rules that must be respected so that everything goes well and the stay is enjoyed with great joy until the end of it! Important to note that we have a large native green area preserved, and for this reason,we have native animals such as lizards( a family , but quiet, we have never had problems, as already reported in the history, which are the stars of the house, children and adults have fun giving them eggs for them to eat and thus take different photos) and pork of the forest( usually appear at night, but hidden). For those who take Pet, I suggest a little more care when leaving their Pet free, if they do not bother them, the stay is quiet. As I reported, we never had any incidents! But of course, we are available to study case by case, as we know that there are many adversities! Also, because of the Pandemic, we sold part of the land from the back, and currently, it is separated by a fence , well after the gate of the entrance of cars on the ground, but still, we have a large green area, and that does not interfere with the accommodation, as it was a virtually unused zone, since the most used part is the front of the house. In the back we also have a disabled garage, which will be rebuilt, taking better advantage of this space within a new project that will benefit everyone. Other things to note Lots of fun, adventures and a pleasant stay from start to the end! You will certainly leave relaxed and eager to live there! You'll leave energized, happy and counting the days to return!! The house faces the sea, and we preserve all the native vegetation as well as the possible animals that occasionally show up there. My father always preserved it, as he was an environmentalist in every way, and said that both the vegetation and animals protected the house. Every now and then, various birds appear, such as hummingbirds, otters, bats, opossums and others, as well as, very rarely, a guinea pig at night or lizards. Natural, because we have a preserved native forest, it's part of it! The lizards come out only to sunbathe, or rather, to lounge... they are harmless, they are more afraid of us than we are of them. As soon as they notice us, they run into the woods or under the house, or just stand there sunbathing, but of course those who are not used to it are sometimes frightened at first. My father used to say that they protected the house from snakes, spiders, and other animals, and he always gave them eggs to eat. This egg ritual has become an attraction for children and adults, who love to see, film and take photos! Everyone is on standby in the morning, usually after breakfast, hoping they will show up so they can film the adventure! This year, according to the guests who have been there, there are three lizards! An older one, whose tail is still growing (it must have gone hungry in the winter, and to survive, they usually eat their own tails!), has a medium-sized one that must be the female and a smaller one that is the offspring! Everyone interacted with respect and everything went naturally and without stress! So, everything is fine, the animals respect us and we respect them too! WE ASK GUESTS TO REMOVE FROM THE OUTLETS ALL APPLIANCES THAT ARE NOT BEING USED AT THE TIME OF STAY, AS WELL AS THEIR RESPECTIVE MOBILE, NOTEBOOK OR ELECTRONIC CHARGERS, BECAUSE IN THIS HIGH SEASON CELESC'S NETWORK IS OVERLOADED, AND FOR THIS REASON, WITH MANY PEAKS OF LIGHT AT A CERTAIN TIME OF THE DAY, CAUSING THE BURNING OF VARIOUS APPLIANCES AND ELECTRONICS, CAUSING A DISORDER IN ALL SENSES, THAT IS, AFFECTING THE STAY IN THE ASPECTS OF COMFORT, FUNCTIONALITY AND FINANCIAL, BECAUSE AFTER ALL, THEY END UP GENERATING EXPENSES WITH REPAIRS OR PURCHASE OF NEW DEVICES TO SUPPLY THE URGENCY OF SERVICE FOR OUR GUESTS.
