Praia da Pinheira, is divided into two: Praia de Cima, which is the smallest and most charming, where our house is. It is a beach with calm sea, few waves, ideal for families with children and the elderly, but full of fun and delights! Praia de Baixo, goes to Ponta do Papagaio, passing several other beaches. The entrance to Pinheira Beach is at the same entrance as Guarda do Embaú, an international surfing point that is 10 minutes by car or also, and you can get there by the trail, passing by the beach, a paradisiacal place. Garopaba Beach is also just around the corner and just set yourself up to spend the day there! So nice to summer on a beach that gives you lots of different options for fun and adventures, right?! And everything is close and without traffic!!! We recently put 04 outdoor cameras around the house to increase your safety and that of the house. Care and affection are never too much, right?! The house is well divided and complete as described below! ACCOMMODATIONS The house has 4 bedrooms( 01 has been adapted to serve large families) of couples . UPPER FLOOR: MASTER SUITE A spacious suite at the top of the house, with a bed, bedside table, lamp, air conditioning, closet, sauna and hot tub. Here, if necessary, we can put another double mattress, as it is very spacious. WINTER GARDEN (TRANSFORMED INTO 4th floor) Next to the suite, we have the Winter Garden with fireplace , which has transformed into the 4th bedroom(adapted) , with ceiling fan, double bed, bedside table, light fixture, wicker sofa, blackout curtains and another column fan (vertical, standing). Here, if necessary, we can put another double mattress, as it is very spacious. LOWER FLOOR: LARGER DOUBLE ROOM (LOWER FLOOR) A larger double room, with air-conditioning, bedside table , lamp, closet. Here, if necessary, we were able to put another double mattress, as it is spacious, but it is a little tighter than the upstairs listings. Ideal for families with young children. SMALLER DOUBLE BEDROOM (LOWER FLOOR) A smaller double bedroom, with a closet, bedside table, tower fan (vertical), and in these rooms, it is also possible to put a double mattress on the floor, changing the layout of the bed. It is tight, but there is a double mattress, if necessary , in the case of a family of 03 or 04 people. LAUNDRY Laundry with tank and washing machine and ample clothesline in the external service area. GOURMET BALCONY balcony with barbecue(gourmet balcony), big table for meals, sofas, armchairs ,hammock and the deck in front and "face" with the sea!!! This is usually where guests prefer to eat all their meals from breakfast to dinner. SIDEBALCONY External side balcony for rest, with hammocks and armchairs to chat, relax and enjoy the movement to and from the beach! FULL OUTDOOR BATHROOM A full bathroom with shower and electric shower BEACH SHOWER It is on the outside of the house, next to the gourmet balcony, facing the sea. OCEANFRONT DECK The deck is located at the front of the house, right in front of the gourmet balcony. Pool tables and chairs are available. It is the favorite place for guests along with the Gourmet Balcony, where we have the barbecue, rustic table for 12 people, many sofas and chairs. If the class has guitar, then day and night, there is no end... in fact, if there is an end, it will surely be a HAPPY ENDING! It hosts Christmas, New Year's, Carnival, Happy Hour, Weddings, Barbecues, and many late afternoons, watered with drinks, beers, caipirinhas, sparkling wines, gin and various snacks such as Grilled Shrimp, Oysters, Shrimp Pastries or Siri Shell. PARKING GUESTS On the side of the house, outdoor, very close to the main entrance of the house and balcony, there is space for 04 or 05 cars, depending on the size, and there is still space in the back, near the garage that is off-limits. EXITS TO THE BEACH One exit to the beach from the side(by the street of access to the beach) and another from the front(facing the beach, foot on the sand). On site we provide 10 double blankets and 19 pillows(01 pillow will be available per guest, according to the reservation). - INTERNET/WIFI FIBER OPTIC - VOLTAGE: 220V - EXTERNAL CAMERAS: we have 04 outdoor cameras around the house. - WELCOME KIT The house offers a kit with cake or salty pie accompanied by a delicious coffee, juice or soda. After chatting, these treats will be defined according to the guests' preference. The cake can usually be made of carrots, orange or chocolate, with or without coverage. In addition to coffee, we can offer a soft drink or juice according to the guest's preference. This is a way to express our affection and joy for having them in our home!!! - CLEANLINESS KIT The house offers the basics for the house to be kept clean(broom, rôdo, dustpan, cleaning cloths, dish towels, alcohol, disinfectants, Qboa, soap powder for washing machine, Lysoform, dishwasher tablets, etc. You will be at your disposal in the service area. Please use with awareness. - COMPLIMENTARY KIT KITCHEN E BATHROOMS In the kitchen, we left 01 detergent, 01 sponge, 01 bambona of water, cold water in the refrigerator. In the bathrooms, we leave 01 soap in the sink and 02 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. With the Pandemic, we will also leave 01 bottle of alcohol gel. After these items have ended, the guest must be replaced during the stay. MATTRESSES We have 03 foam double mattresses and 01 single mattresses, which can be used in the winter garden (4th bedroom) , in the main suite or double bedrooms downstairs, for couples with children, if necessary. HOME ADMINISTRATOR I have an administrator on site who will receive them, and will provide full support from the beginning to the end of the pandemic. You'll always be available for whatever it takes. WE do not PROVIDE beach umbrellas or beach chairs, but on the beach there are those who rent them. Also, we do not provide sets of sheets , bath towels, face , beach and "additional" pillows, as already mentioned above. The access street to Praia de Cima was made a part of our land, that is, our house is corner and facing the sea, that is, you will be in the prime area of Praia de Cima!!! TOP BEACH - EATS & DRINKS & FUN Praia de Cima , presents a paradisiacal sea, of few waves, excellent for families with children and the elderly. The Lifeguard Post is right in front of the house, as well as the beach showers. On the beach you will find bars, kiosks, various services such as walking cart of caipiroskas and beats, pastries and pies, cheese breads, churros, corns, crepes. Fun with banana boat, paddleboats, kayak, stand up , frescobol, voley, kitesurf (Parrot), late afternoon football and etc... CONSIDERATIONS I usually rent to a maximum of 12 people, but when there are special situations, such as bringing large families together at a special time, I can make an exception, but always after a lot of conversation, so that there is no confusion during the stay, and can reach the maximum limit of 16 guests. I make it clear that this number of people will make everything tighter, and that comfort will lose a little due to the number of people, but it can be done, as long as it is well understood that we are trying to meet a special request, making an exception. The house has particularities and rules that must be respected so that everything goes well and the stay is enjoyed with great joy until the end of the same! It is important to note that we have a large native green area preserved, and for this reason,we have native animals such as lizards( a family , but quiet, we never had problems, as already reported in the history, which are the stars of the house, children and adults have fun giving eggs for them to eat and thus take various photos) and forest pig ( usually appear at night, but hidden). For those who take Pet, I suggest a little more care when leaving your Pet free, if they do not bother them, the stay is quiet. As I reported, we've never had any incidents! Also, because of the Pandemic, we sold part of the land in the back, and currently, it is separated by a fence , well after the gate of the entrance of cars in the land, but still, we have a large green area, and that does not interfere with the accommodation at all, because it was a practically unused area, since the most used part is the front of the house. The house is facing the sea, and we preserve all the native vegetation as well as the possible animals that occasionally arise there. My father always preserved it, as he was an environmentalist in every way, and said that both vegetation and animals protected the house. From time to time, various birds appear, such as hummingbirds, otters , bats, skunks and others, as well as , very rarely, a small pig in the bush at night or lizards. Natural, because we have a preserved native forest, it is part! The lizards come out only to sunbathe, or rather, to caterpillar...are harmless, more afraid of us than we are of them. As soon as they notice us, they run into the woods or under the house, or simply stand in the sun, but of course those who are not used to it at first sometimes get scared. My father used to say that they protected the house from snakes, spiders and other animals, and always gave them eggs to eat. This egg ritual has become an attraction for children and adults, who love to watch, film and take pictures! Everyone is on standby in the morning, usually after breakfast, hoping they show up to film the adventure! This year, according to the guests who went there, there are 03 lizards!
