The space Located on the first floor and just three blocks from the heart of Coyoacán, it combines privacy, accessibility and a cozy atmosphere. From the entrance, the property welcomes you with a garden that evokes the essence of a traditional Coyoacán house, creating a serene welcome full of character. Starting in May 2026, Harmony Coyoacán will have a certified Bebbia water filter, so it will no longer be necessary to buy bottled water during your stay, providing greater comfort, convenience, and savings. Also, as of May 2026, the beds were renovated, incorporating a king size bed and a queen size bed, to offer greater comfort and a more functional layout of the spaces. The interior is equipped for a practical and pleasant stay, with a screen, home theater, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils and two full bathrooms, ideal for couples, families or small groups. Choose 1, 2 or 3 beds according to your needs. Guest access Located on the first floor, this space has been designed to offer a quiet, comfortable stay with a family atmosphere. Although the main entrance and the garden are shared, the apartment is totally independent and exclusively for you and your companions. Distribution according to number of guests: > 1 or 2 guests: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (a bedroom with a king or queen bed is assigned); > 3 guests: 2 bedrooms (king or queen bed and single bed) and 2 bathrooms; > 4 guests: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For added convenience, it is possible to arrange additional rooms or an inflatable mattress at an extra cost: $200 MXN per king or queen bed per night; $70 MXN per single bed per night; $70 MXN per air mattress per night. Also, for groups of 4 people who prefer to sleep separately, an inflatable mattress can be added. If 1 or 2 guests require a 2nd bathroom, it is available at an extra cost of $70 MXN per night. In the common areas, with prior authorization, you can enjoy a pleasant garden and a terrace designated for smokers. To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Tours Visitors are welcome with advance notice: $100 MXN per day per visit; $89 MXN per night if you stay overnight; Unannounced visitors may incur a fee of $250 MXN per person. Occupancy Policy Maximum occupancy of two male guests per stay. Other things to note Extra costs to consider. If you need to wash your clothes, we have a washing machine. Extra cost 120 per batch. The main entrance is shared; however, the apartment is for use entirely exclusively for you and your companions. The terrace is specially designated for those who wish to smoke. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and the garden area is not considered for common use. We do not accept bookings from more than 2 men.
